Shipping information
Delivery of the ordered goods is carried out by courier.
"Freya Nails Bulgaria" works with the services of the courier company "SPEEDY".
The delivery period within Bulgaria is 1-2 working days.
All orders placed by 4:00 PM on the current day are delivered the next business day, and orders placed after 4:00 PM are delivered within 2 business days.
All orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM, during public holidays and weekends are processed on the first business day from the date the order was placed.
The User is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of delivery and to notify immediately of any discrepancies, shortages or damage. If the User fails to do so, the delivery shall be deemed to have been accepted without objection.
All fees (cash on delivery) paid to the courier by money transfer are at the expense of the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
After placing an order, our representative will contact you to confirm the order or to clarify any discrepancies, if necessary.
Information about returning goods
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, regardless of the reason, you can return it within 14 days of its delivery.
In case of discrepancies in the ordered product and the establishment of differences with its description on the site, the User has the right to file a complaint.
The user has no right to claim for color differences due to natural differences in the reproduction of colors by different monitor models.
When submitting a complaint, the Consumer has the right to claim a refund of the amount paid or to replace the product with another.
The complaint can be submitted verbally to the specified phone number in the "Contacts" section on our website freyanails.bg or in writing, via the specified email. After which, you will receive confirmation from us about the return of the product and you will send the product to the address specified by us - the costs of returning the product are at the expense of the CUSTOMER. Refund of the amount or its replacement with a new one takes place within 7 days after we receive the product.
In addition to the return form for purchased goods, the returned shipment must also include proof of purchase (receipt and/or invoice). It is mandatory that the purchased products are in good commercial condition, without damaged packaging and without being used (unsealing the cellophane is considered to be a violation of the integrity of the packaging). Transportation costs are at the expense of the Customer and are not refundable.
Goods whose return/complaint cannot be accepted (e.g.: if sent after the specified deadline, if not accompanied by a receipt, if unpacked) will be sent back to the Customer at his expense.
